FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: AM I ALLOWED TO WATCH MY CAMPER PARTICIPATE?

Parents and other spectators are welcome to observe the camp. In order to create a safe environment for our campers, camp staff, parents and other spectators, all parents and spectators should follow the instructions of camp personnel and remain in the designated public areas. Parents may not observe camp inside the Martin Indoor Facility. Parents, spectators and children risk being struck by a ball or possibly being run into by a camper or service vehicle. Please use caution while observing camp activities. Animals are not permitted at camp facilities. Parents should closely supervise any children who accompany them to watch camp activities. All parents, spectators and children should refrain from using, moving or otherwise handling any sports equipment that is located at a camp facility.

Q: WHAT SHOULD MY CAMPER BRING TO CAMP?

Campers should bring all related softball equipment (glove, helmet, bat, protective gear, etc.). The camp will utilize both the indoor turf facility and field, so please bring cleats and turfs/tennis shoes. We also recommend bringing a water bottle, towel, or any snacks your camper may want during breaks.

Q: WHAT IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND CAMP AND NEED A REFUND?

Campers needing refunds should email the camp director at info@tyraperryillinisoftballcamps.com and provide reasoning. All refund requests will be evaluated at case by case basis and will be subject to the administrative/credit card fee paid during registration.

Q: HOW WILL I RECEIVE UPDATES OR INFORMATION ABOUT THE CAMP?

You will receive an email the week of camp that will give any pertinent details about camp.
